My cat is very hurt, I need help please!!?

be my cat had been gone for almost three days, he came back home and seemed in a state of shock. His right leg is now completely swollen and he cannot walk on it, there’s blood and puss comign out of him and he seems to be a lot of pain. I tape his hands with a few Gauss and analgesic cream. Is there a way to give him the pills like ibuprofen to reduce the swelling and pain to help him?

No, you can not cats aspirin or other painkillers such as people – it could be fatal. Go to your vet and if necessary he will prescribe pain killers and treat the wound.

Nooooooo. . . Take him to the vet. Giving an animal meds kill people they can. Sorry to be so drastic, but it’s true. You must ensure that cat has no other open wounds, bite wounds or injuries. If you really care about, you will treat them as you would treat after such a trauma. Poor Kitty, I hope he feels better.

I do not think you should give them that maybe a couple of baby aspirin. Cats are pretty good care of yourself, maybe you should let him sleep, and take him to the vet. I hope he is ok, if my cat I was very excited würden.EDIT: If you should have your cat baby aspirin, to him only a quarter of the tablet.

Get him to a vet quickly. He was bitten by another cat. He will die if you do not have to move fast. You do not want it more leiden.Ihre cat may already gangrene of the paw!

Take him to the vet ASAP! In the meantime, put ice on the paw, if he will tolerate. Wrap the ice and put it on in 5 minute intervals. It’ll help with the pain and swelling.

Take him to the vet or at least call. Even if your cat seems better, he could not really be in order. It could be a simple infection, but it could be worse and should surgery.

You really need to get him to a vet as soon as you can get. You can give a cat a ibuprophen very, very small, but NOT a drug. Read this article, there are a few answers to what he can and to him through the night. You must bring him to his vet tomorrow. His med’s probably not much, and costs, if you love him, you would do it.

Give him any medication, unless your vet says it is okay to do so. The cat needs to visit a vet urgently. Yes no doubt he is in pain. I would take him to an emergency veterinarian. It seems as if he were in a lot of trouble

Give it thought no medicines for people. If you peroxide, some he laid on the infected foot, and this will help a lot. Please, if possible, call the vet / one trip to the vet as soon as possible. In the meantime, you are not using the painkiller cream, there are chemicals that irritate your cat probably will EVEN MORE and you cat may be allergic to something in it. Ibuprofen will KILL your cat if he gets enough of it, which may be the least. Wash the infected foot, you get the cream from it. If you keep putting Gause want, you can do this as a slight pressure a little pain to take away from the paw. Do you replace it, the Gause every 30 minutes or so and wash the paw again before you set new Gause on him.

Do not give your cat human medicine. You can kill him. If you let your cat go outside when he gets hurt again, it is your duty to bring him to the vet and have the right care for him or do not own a cat!

  28. Lauren E 31 July 2010 at 1:46 pm #

Your cats seem serious injury and should be taken to the vet. But first make sure that it comfortable to talk to him in a calm voice and give him and lay comfortable environment. You need to use a pressure dressing if the bleeding does not stop on their own initiative. Apply cold water and then add the dressing and add pressure with gauze and adhesive tape. If the bleeding continues and is strictly take him immediately to a veterinarian for treatment. Your cat may also suffer from trauma to calm him with a blanket to cover him and keep him warm, to talk to him softly, and not rush things. Lift it carefully as possible and put it in a small container and bring it to a vet. I have also heard that if a veterinarian is not in your area that you call the police, as they might be able to help you. Not even him any human medicine. That would not help anything and would probably worsen not only his pain, but it would still worse. I pray that your cat will remain safe and be able to recover.

You can go to an infectious cause, as the paw is not properly treated and then wrapped him. it will be infected and can cause the leg to be removed. take the cat to a vet asap or transfer to a no kill shelter, if you do not can afford it, they will vet the cat and takes it out. They do so much damage and more pain and discomfort, will now vet the cat.

You can not tell if it is only a swelling, or if there is something broken – that’s what gives it a veterinarian you für.Nehmen just the cat and get to the vet.
